Push Health is a platform connecting patients with clinicians; a request for sildenafil is not an automatic prescription. Its ED service describes online assessment and, when appropriate, a prescription sent to a pharmacy. The clinician who evaluates the request and the pharmacy that dispenses the medication perform different roles. That distinction helps answer both ‘Is Push Health legit?’ and ‘What will the treatment cost?’
This guide reviews Push Health's ED information, sildenafil page, and platform description checked October 8, 2026. We did not purchase care, verify every participating clinician, or test medication fulfillment. Public service information can explain the pathway; it cannot certify every provider encounter or establish an individual patient's eligibility.
What happens between a request and a pharmacy order
The patient submits information for a clinician to review. The clinician may ask follow-up questions, decide a prescription is appropriate, or recommend another type of assessment. If prescribed, the medication order can go to the chosen pharmacy. The pharmacy then reviews and prices the prescription and arranges pickup or delivery. Paying a consultation charge and receiving medication are separate events.
| Step | Responsible party | Question to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Assessment | The assigned licensed clinician | Are you authorized to treat me where I am located, and what information is needed? |
| Prescription decision | The prescribing clinician | What medicine, strength, quantity, and follow-up plan are appropriate? |
| Dispensing | The selected pharmacy | Can you fill this exact prescription, and what is the final price? |
| Refills and reassessment | Clinician and pharmacy, with different responsibilities | How many refills are authorized, and when is another visit needed? |
Push Health's ED page says insurance and a subscription are not required for the described access pathway. Do not read that as a universal price or a guarantee that every provider has identical fees. A separate pharmacy order can have its own cash, insurance, discount, delivery, and refill terms.
How to check legitimacy at the clinician and pharmacy levels
Ask for the clinician's full name, professional credential, and licensing state. Check the relevant state licensing board's public record and make sure it matches the person evaluating you. The fact that a platform has a professional-looking website does not establish that a particular clinician is licensed for your location. A state-license lookup also does not promise a particular treatment outcome.
For dispensing, the FDA's state-licensed pharmacy locator points to state-board resources. Confirm the pharmacy's identity, license, physical contact information, and access to a pharmacist. A pharmacy's willingness to sell prescription ED medication without a valid prescription is not a convenience feature to seek. Our online medication safety guide provides a broader checklist.
Keep copies of the consultation receipt, clinician details, prescription information, pharmacy receipt, and product label. Those records help resolve a billing question, clarify an unexpected substitution, or report a suspected problem. A platform review cannot replace checking the specific people and product involved in the order you are considering.
Separate the visit fee from the sildenafil price
We did not establish a single current consultation price applying to every Push Health provider and ED request. Ask for the assessment charge before payment, including what happens if medication is not prescribed and what follow-up is included. Do not add a pharmacy's per-tablet advertisement to an assumed consultation fee and present the result as a verified total.
The sildenafil information page discusses drug pricing, but the actual pharmacy quote must match the prescription. Sildenafil listings can show different strengths and quantities. A low price for one strength is not an instruction to use that strength for ED or to assemble a dose from several tablets. The prescriber determines the regimen; the pharmacy supplies and explains it.
| Cost component | What needs confirmation |
|---|---|
| Initial assessment | Fee, scope, and policy when no prescription is issued |
| Medication | Exact formulation, strength, quantity, and cash or insured price |
| Delivery | Pickup, standard delivery, or an optional shipping charge |
| Refills | Authorized quantity and whether a new evaluation creates another charge |
| Other services | Whether tests or an in-person evaluation are recommended and billed separately |
Sildenafil and tadalafil requests need an actual clinical review
The service describes questions about health history and medications. NIDDK's diagnosis guidance explains that ED evaluation can involve medical and sexual history, a physical examination, and tests when appropriate. A remote encounter may be useful, but some symptoms or health concerns require an in-person examination or additional care.
Disclose nitrates, recreational nitrites, other ED treatments, blood-pressure medicines, and supplements. Sildenafil's patient information identifies important interactions and urgent warning symptoms. Do not omit a medicine because you take it only occasionally. A clinician cannot meaningfully assess safety from an incomplete list, and a different website does not remove an interaction.
What reviews can tell you about Push Health
Separate comments about response time, communication, billing, pharmacy availability, and drug response. A delayed shipment may involve a pharmacy rather than the prescribing platform. A decision not to prescribe may reflect clinical judgment rather than a failed transaction. Equally, an unexplained charge or difficulty reaching support deserves a specific answer rather than being dismissed as part of medical care.
Look for dated, detailed descriptions and whether the author identifies which service they used. A high overall rating does not prove a particular clinician is suitable for you; a single complaint does not establish the rate of a problem. We have not calculated a verified complaint rate or awarded a clinical rating. See how to read ED reviews for the evidence distinctions.
Refills, transfers, and urgent problems
Before the first supply runs out, ask whether refills remain, who should receive the request, and when the clinician wants reassessment. A prescription renewal and a pharmacy transfer solve different problems. Do not request overlapping prescriptions from multiple services to bypass a clinical question or compensate for an unclear order status.
An erection lasting more than four hours requires emergency attention. Sudden vision or hearing loss needs urgent assessment; chest pain or fainting warrants emergency help and disclosure of the ED medicine taken. Routine platform messaging should not be used as emergency care. For a nonurgent comparison of consultation formats, read Sesame Care, Lemonaid Health, and telehealth versus your own doctor.
Common questions
Does Push Health guarantee a sildenafil prescription?
No. A licensed clinician must assess the request and decide whether prescribing is appropriate. A pharmacy order and medication payment are separate steps.
Is the consultation fee the total treatment cost?
Do not assume that. Confirm the clinician's assessment fee, then obtain the pharmacy's quote for the exact prescription, including delivery and any refill-related costs.
How can I check the clinician and pharmacy?
Use the clinician's full name and credentials to check the relevant state licensing board. Check the dispensing pharmacy separately through its state pharmacy board and confirm pharmacist contact information.
