The refill statement does not mean 12 free medication shipments, a guarantee of 12 months of treatment, or permission to refill without regard to the prescription.

This review is based on public documents. We did not complete a consultation, purchase medication, test delivery, or verify a cancellation. The blood-pressure reading and eligibility rules matter

The described intake includes health questions and a recent blood-pressure reading. The medical team reviews the request, and some states require a video conversation. If the proposed prescription differs from a prior one, have the clinician explain the change.
